loved the new phone holder I ordered from blackstar. The installation was easy and solid. Brand support helped me throughout the installation part. I am facing some reflection issues on the phone screen especially in day light due to lack of a good spot on my Tiago, but that’s more of a car issue than the holder issue. The magnet is strong. I’m using the phone’s magnet under the phone case and still getting good enough grip except for some heavy bumps. Although I do recommend using it over the phone case suggested by the brand.
I must say that the product and the customer service are top notch. These guys themselves follow up with the customer to follow the instruction and advice on areas where you can place it in the car. It's a top-quality product as after installing it in the car, I took the car for around 350km drive and my phone did not fall from its place even once. Nothing better than this in Indian market.
The product is very small but the holding power is good, looking very good. Customer support team is very quick and helpful
